I've designed digital experiences since <blink> was in fashion.

Yep, I've seen some stuff in my 25+ years design career.

I have a naturally strong empathy for people and believe that user needs should be at the center of the design process. I also know that you have to balance those needs within technical constraints and what the business wants, so sometimes that means talking clients out of using blinking text on their website.

I love the details, so I may point something out that seems trivial, but I believe all the small details add up. As a holistic thinker, I also love the big picture and understanding the entire context of the customer experience across all channels and at every touch point.

Lately I've been enjoying identifying opportunities to streamline and create new processes. And I’m continuing to learn how to make accessibility and inclusion a consistent practice in my product design.

Say hello!
