Aces High Educational Services (aceshighdallas.com)

Aces High specializes in tutoring and standardized test preparation for the high school and undergraduate levels. I redesigned the visual elements and layout of the user experience to give the site a simpler, cleaner feel. A screenshot of the previous design is here.

Lightwell (lightwell.org)

Lightwell does photography and documentary films. This is a screen shot of the Photography section. I  designed, information architected, and coded the website. I even had some input on the logo design.

Oggetto Home (oggettohome.com)

Oggetto is a home accessories design company that specializes in pillows. The client wanted a clean, open look to their site that would let the product be the focal point. I designed the site to reflect the bold graphics of the pillow fabrics while keeping a minimalism of the layout and text.

The geometric shapes and bold colors of the products influenced the design of the logo. The typeface Futura was used for its geometric shaped letters, and most importantly the circular letter O in Oggetto mimics the circles above it.

Tambra (tambra-danceandbazaar.com)

Tambra is a well known Middle Eastern dance teacher in the Dallas area. She needed a website to post information about upcoming dance workshops and classes.

Lockheed Martin Firewall Change Request Tool

This site is a Lockheed Martin extranet used to request firewall changes in order to connect them with external suppliers and partners. This task was originally completed by users submitting a web form that emailed one individual. There was a need to capture the data for each request and create a work flow and process for the tasks involved in the firewall change.

I gathered requirements, designed, and developed a Cold Fusion site with an Access database that enabled a work flow process to be established that utilized task assignments, email notification, and report generation capabilities.  The request form was also broken up into clearly marked segments, or steps.

Dallas Cowboys

I created original concepts and graphics and provided art direction for a team of designers and developers for the first official Dallas Cowboys website.

Nortel Networks

I developed the visual direction of internal and external websites for Nortel Networks from 1996 – 2001.

Indy Racing League

I was an art director for the first Indy Racing League website in 1997-98. I developed the visual concept and layout for the IRL’s racing season. I traveled to IRL races to create photography, audio, and video and managed the development team.
