Wi-Fi Solutions Re-design for ATT.com

The Wi-Fi Solutions site on ATT.com needed to be updated with new content and new visuals that adhered to the new Business Solutions branding guidelines.

I studied our new Brand guidelines, then created new layouts with new photo selections. Fonts and colors were updated. My designs helped shape the final design for the Compare Solutions tab on ATT.com.

Email Design and Copywriting

New customers of the Enhanced Push to Talk service were not using the Corporate Admin Tool that came with it. Product Owners wanted to call attention to it to show how it added value.

I suggested we send out a new email during the customer on-boarding process to help showcase the Corporate Admin Tool. My designs showed the benefits of the tool and included links to how-to videos and a sign up screen for a live customer training class.

I also worked on re-designing emails for AT&T Work and AT&T Wi-Fi Customer Portal in order to simplify the copy and update layouts and branding.

User Guides Design and Copywriting

I created designs and wrote copy for quick start guides for administrators and end-users for various AT&T Business tools.

I wrote the copy and updated the look and feel to reflect the new Business Solutions branding. I selected photos from our Brand collection that were visually interesting and related to each application.

My designs included guides for AT&T Work Voice, AT&T Mobility Management Platform, and AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk.

User Research

Our team was tasked with creating a set of marketing personas for a potential new product for the hospitality industry.

The goal of the project was to understand customer needs during installation and initial product use of a hotel room access system.

Without budget or timeline for full persona research, our UX team performed interviews with the product owner, subject matter experts, system installers, and support specialists. We cross referenced needs, goals, and pain points to develop 10 external marketing personas.

Outcome: During project rollout, a need was discovered to create role specific installation guides, rather than one generic guide for all.
